What do you as a writes had a hard time with writing?

Dialogue is the hardest for me, because I always end up trying to have them express everything at once, which just sounds strange since most people don't just say everything they're thinking. I also have trouble with romance, I hate tacky couples and it's hard to avoid being unbelievable without sounding completely UNromantic.
