Works annoying me with maternity leave/going back to work..how did your work treat you?

i dont have to go back to work (my maternity leave doesnt finish) until june 23rd next month- so over another month yet. but theyre ringing me asking if i can go in 3 days next week for 'training' days whislt im on maternity. legally i dont have to but i feel rude saying no as theyre so pushy, but obviously im finding it difficult having someone babysit in such short time when it wasnt planned (they asked me yesterday) and i jsut feel like theyre pushing me for 3 full days next week and its stressing me out. i know i dont have to but i feel like if i cant work and get a babysitter theyre are going to be really ratty with me you know - how has your work been for you through maternity leave/going back to work?
