What kind of colors can be used on mixed skin for tattooing?

I have a drawing i made that i want to turn into a tattoo. my problem is that i want some color added to it but i don't know which colors look best on light brown to medium brown skin tone. Im mixed with creole,spanish,and german so my skin tone changes with the seasons. I get darker during the summer and lighter during the fall/ winter seasons.
