Can i get into UCF, FSU, OR USF?

Hey guys, im a high school junior going into my senior year of high school this August and i was wondering if i could get into one of these 3 universities..preferrably UCF. I have an academic core GPA of a 3.57..a weighted GPA of 3.8 and an unweighted of a 3.4...i have taken about 5 honor courses and will be taking about 5 more my senior year. I am involved in a lot of clubs and i have 250+ community service hours. I took the ACT twice..and my highest score was a 19..i will be retaking it again on septemeber with the hopes of getting a higher score but if i dont, im afraid this will ruin my chances of getting in..what do you guys think?
