Chevy transmission shift time with source?

I'd like to know how long it takes a Chevy 4L60-E to shift gears. The answer should be defined as the total time when power to the wheels is interrupted, measured in seconds or milliseconds. Eg.: 700 milliseconds or 0.7 seconds.
