Do you think this is a slight case of OCD?
When I'm stressed or anxious (which is alot of the time as of lately) I clean compulsively and run errands compulsively. For example, I'll make lists of things that need to be done that week, however I'll make sure I get them all done in one shot & like right then! My husband doesn't understand a lot of the time and gets very frustrated with the fact that I very rarely relax. It's affecting my life to where I'd rather clean and be productive than go out with friends or to a nice dinner... is this normal behavior or does this sound like OCD? If I'm not cleaning or getting 'stuff' done I feel like I'm being lazy. I guess one would call me the opposite of a procrastinator, what is this and what can I do to help myself?
