Does a labrum tear equal automatic surgery?

my rotator cuff is torn in two places but it is only partially torn in both spots, and i also have a torn labrum in my shoulder and a partially separated a/c joint .................what are the chances of surgery?????????????????????? can u have voluntary surgery?
