Has anyone else got this problem and how did you fix it?

You must put the fan on the windscreen as soon as you start the car and give it say 5 minutes to work before you drive off. When it is really damp and cold outside you need to warm the car up before you drive and keep the fan on the windsreen all the time when driving. I've had a similar problem with a number of cars.
